Born Fitness Workouts for the Whole-Body Soul

The Workout

It is called the "soul crusher", but it was written originally by Brian Krahn, "The Full Body Death Circuit". I'm currently collaborating with Brian (who, by the way, is an incredible coach) on a project that is called "The Full Body Death Circuit". This is our metabolic-dead day.

The Comprehensive Workout Plan

This is just one day of a 5-day workout cycle. The split is upper/lower, upper-specialty specific, lower specialty focused, metabolic and (the entire body circuit).

Bonus Tip

Around the split squats and step-ups, your grip will weaken. Be prepared to use lighter weights. Then, it's a battle to your wits after you hit the lunges.

Make sure to get as much rest as you can. Your workout's intensity is the most important thing, so do not rush through your recovery period.
