Born Fitness Workouts for the Whole-Body Soul

The Workout It is called the "soul crusher", but it was written originally by Brian Krahn, "The Full Body Death Circuit".   I'm currently collaborating with Brian (who, by the way, is an incredible coach) on a project that is called "The Full Body Death Circuit". This is our metabolic-dead day. The Comprehensive Workout Plan This is just one day of a 5-day workout cycle.   The split is upper/lower, upper-specialty specific, lower specialty focused, metabolic and (the entire body circuit). Bonus Tip Around the split squats and step-ups, your grip will weaken. Be prepared to use lighter weights.   Then, it's a battle to your wits after you hit the lunges. Make sure to get as much rest as you can.   Your workout's intensity is the most important thing, so do not rush through your recovery period. Rest as soon as possible to ensure that you're fully restored.   You should not rush through your rest. Intensity is the most important aspect of this workout. This workout is excellent for fat loss and body comp. "The Full Body Death Circuit". How to do it? Perform the circuit by doing each exercise as one, taking as

Born Fitness Workouts The Full-Body Soulbreaker

The Workout Although I call it "soul crushing", it was originally written by Brian Krahn as "The Full Body Death Circuit".   I am currently working with Brian, who is a great coach. This is our metabolic day from Hell. The overall Workout Plan This is one day in a 5-day cycle.   Splits are upper, lower, higher-specialty-focused, lower-specialty-focused, metabolic, and the full body circuit. Bonus Tip Your grip will begin to lose its strength around the step ups and split squats. You should prepare for this by using lighter weights.   After you've completed the lunges it's time to battle your wits. You should make every effort to recover as quickly as possible after you take a break.   The most important factor in this workout is intensity. So don't rush to get through your rest period.
