Born Fitness Workouts are the Full-Body Soul Crusher
The Workout
This is what I call the "soul crusher", but it was originally written by Brian Krahn ("The Full Body Death Circuit"). I'm currently working together with Brian (who is an amazing coach), on a special task. It is our metabolic day in hell.
The Whole Workout Program
This is just one of five days of training. The split is lower, upper, upper-specialty oriented, lower-specialty specialized, metabolic, (the complete body circuit).
Bonus Tip
Your grip will start to loosen around the stepups and the splitsquats so you should be prepared to use lighter weights. It's then a battle between your wits when you do the lunges.
Rest as soon as possible to ensure that you're fully restored. You should not rush through your rest. Intensity is the most important aspect of this workout.
This workout is excellent for fat loss and body comp.
"The Full Body Death Circuit".
How to do it? Perform the circuit by doing each exercise as one, taking as much rest as possible. After you finish all 8 exercises, stop for a 2-minute break. You can then repeat this 2 more times, for a total 3 circuits.
