Born Fitness Workouts The Full-Body Soulbreaker
The Workout
Although I call it "soul crushing", it was originally written by Brian Krahn as "The Full Body Death Circuit". I am currently working with Brian, who is a great coach. This is our metabolic day from Hell.
The overall Workout Plan
This is one day in a 5-day cycle. Splits are upper, lower, higher-specialty-focused, lower-specialty-focused, metabolic, and the full body circuit.
Bonus Tip
Your grip will begin to lose its strength around the step ups and split squats. You should prepare for this by using lighter weights. After you've completed the lunges it's time to battle your wits.
You should make every effort to recover as quickly as possible after you take a break. The most important factor in this workout is intensity. So don't rush to get through your rest period.

This workout is great to lose fat and build muscle.
"The Full Body Death Circuit."
How to do it: This circuit consists of doing each exercise in turn with little rest. After you've completed the 8 exercises, take a 2 to 3 minute break. Repeat the exercise 2 more times to complete 3 circuits.
Dumbbell press 12-15
Two-arm dumbbell rows, x12-15
Dumbbell step-ups x10-12
DB split squats x 10-12
Walking lunge, x 30 reps per side (ugh).
Because your legs aren't moving, you can do bodyweight squats 30 x Bodyweight
Pushups x AMP (as many as you can)
Reverse crunches x 10-15
